Marcus Jacka on his work

My work has a spare lightness about it. The designs are carefully considered - every element is essential and nothing is missing. I strive to make chairs which are inviting, beautiful, strong, and comfortable. The work is handcrafted in small numbers using mostly traditional techniques.
